Today I would like to share with you a little project I made earlier in the year…
To celebrate my In~laws 60th Wedding anniversay and mother in law’s 80th birthday, I was asked to make some invitations for a big family/friends bbq. I loved all of the box cards that crafter’s were making so I thought I would have a go 🙂
The stamp set used was Mft’s ‘Recipe for Happines’ by the talented Birdie Brown.
I had an idea in mind for the invites and stamped and cut all of the pieces required for 22 invites…

This alone took about 6 hours!…
Then I started to colour the little chef’s…

All done!
Now, this is the bit where I apologise to you guys… I got soooooo carried away with putting them all together, that I forgot to take photos!!! (Mental note: will try harder next time!)
So here are Pictures of the finished invites…

Turned out pretty cute, didn’t they?…
Needless to say the party was a great success and even though these little beauties took over a week to make… I would do it all again!
Happy crafting and see you soon xxx
