Hello crafty friends!…
Today I am super excited to share my first card as a new member of The Paper Nest Dolls design team.
Christine Young is the owner/artist of The Paper Nest Dolls and draws inspiration for the adorable “Dolls” from her gorgeous family. The DT team create awesome cards for lots of inspiration and are well worth a look! Please check them out at Paper Nest Dolls Inspiration on facebook.
The image used is called Hippo party . I coloured him with Distress Inks (Watercolour technique). The sentiment is from the Mama Elephant stamp set Carnival Toppers and heat embossed.
To finish him off, I added Glossy accents to the party hat, eyes and toes. I used White Opal Liquid Pearls for the cupcake sprinkles.
